Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences over time, so you don't have to re-enter certain information every time you return to the site or navigate between pages.
Cookies can be "session cookies" (which expire when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them). They can be set by the website you're visiting ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services embedded in the page.
We use cookies to make Viralays work correctly, to remember your preferences, to understand how users interact with our platform, and to process payments securely. We do not use cookies for advertising or to track your activity across third-party websites.

How to control cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences on Viralays at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. This opens our Cookie Preference Center where you can enable or disable non-essential cookie categories (Functional, Analytics). Essential and Payment cookies cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the platform to function.
Most browsers also allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these controls under Settings → Privacy or Settings → Security. Common actions include blocking all third-party cookies, clearing existing cookies, or blocking cookies from specific sites. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to Viralays.
To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For Mixpanel analytics, you can opt out at mixpanel.com/optout.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies on Viralays are set by third-party services that we use. These include Google Analytics for usage analysis, Mixpanel for product event tracking, and Razorpay for payment processing. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of cookies:
We do not use any advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not share cookie data with ad networks or data brokers.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our use of cookies, changes in applicable law, or to provide greater clarity. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always indicate when it was last revised.
For material changes, we will notify you via email or via a banner on the platform. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. For questions about our use of cookies, contact privacy@viralays.com.
